3. How the Service Works

• You submit your name, phone number, preferred address, date, time, and optional style preferences through our booking form.
• We match you with a verified barbershop near your specified address based on review scores, specialist availability, and service offerings.
• You receive a confirmation with your appointment details and a 5% discount on the service price.
• The appointment and service are provided by the matched barbershop, not by Barber Near Me.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in the booking form
• Arrive on time for your confirmed appointment
• Pay the barbershop directly for services rendered (minus the applicable discount)
• Treat barbershop staff with respect
• Not use our service for any unlawful purpose
• Not submit false, misleading, or spam information through our forms

5. The 5% Discount

The 5% discount is applied to bookings made through our platform. The discount is honored by participating barbershops and may not be combined with other offers or promotions. Barber Near Me reserves the right to modify or discontinue the discount program at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Repeated no-shows may result in restriction of your ability to use our service. Individual barbershops may have their own cancellation policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software — is the property of Barber Near Me or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
